Support Licenses

After the initial six months of support provided with a product purchase, EBSnet offers a variety of support packages.

Extended Support License

Customers can purchase additional support to aid product development and integration.

With this purchase the customer receives:

  • Software updates including new features
  • Troubleshooting
  • Telephone and/or email support

Onsite Support License

With an onsite support license, customers have the option of an EBSnet engineer onsite or a one-on-one integration support at an EBSnet office location.

With this purchase the customer receives:

  • Exclusive access to engineers that implemented EBSnet products
  • One-on-one troubleshooting of customer's product application
  • Onsite product integration
  • Introductory EBSnet products and technology seminar
